Why does my computer restart when I insert blank media? - blank media
Whenever I see a DVD or a blank CD to my hard drive on my computer set automatically restarted. DVD and CD is not on the normal, it's just blank.

Your PC is on "automatic"?
I disabled mine. That gives me the opportunity to CD, and then click Paste on the icon to start in due time.
In this computer, open My Computer, right-click the hard drive and select Properties. Click the "Auto Play" button.
It may be worded differently on your computer. CI Home, Help, Cl. Search for "Autorun".
