Vasculitis is an inflammation of blood vessels, arteries, veins or capillaries. When inflammation occurs, the changes in the vessel wall causes, such as the weakening and reduction progress through to the blockage of blood vessels.

You can learn more about vasculitis in the following website:

Vasculitis has many causes, so no, not necessarily related to cancer.
Cocaine and methamphetamine erode the walls and arterial blood pressure suddenly due to the tip. I can not say how many patients in 20 years that I contribute to a brain hemorrhage due to one or another of these terrible drugs. These patients were simply lucky to be alive, but only rarely in a position to operate at the level it was before the brain injury.
In the 1960s, was the slogan "Speed kills." It is still true today.
